Premier Housewares Ltd Response to COVID-19



We want to wish all our colleagues, customers, suppliers, and their friends and family our best wishes in these difficult times and we hope you are all keeping healthy, positive and safe.

Although we closed our doors to customers at our Glasgow Showroom in the middle of March we continue to operate our warehouse and on-line service with a much-reduced staff.

We are still ensuring essential work is carried out to receive product that is already on the way to us and process orders that are still coming through. We are also continuing to deliver your products through our courier networks however, our customers and employee’s health and safety are our top priorities.  Across our facilities we are following government guidelines regarding social distancing and have increased our daily cleaning routines, including more frequent handwashing, use of sanitizer, and cleaning of equipment.  Deliveries are being made on a no-contact basis and we’re taking extra precautions to protect our customers and employees.Our request to our customers, to help us ensure your orders arrive in timely fashion, is to please place all orders via the website and send any emails to info@premierhousewares.co.uk . Our office line is still open, but due to our reduced level of sales support staff that are working from home please only call us if the information you require is not on the website or you are having trouble processing your order on the website.We wish you all the best for the coming weeks, stay healthy and positive.
